The studio is currently closed for our Summer break from midday 25th July until Monday 20th August 2018
You are of course very welcome to place an order with us whilst we are away but the order will not begin to be processed until we reopen on the 20th August so the turnaround time will need to be calculated from the 20th August - NOT the date of order. If you have already placed an order with us prior to the first date of our holiday it will be in hand and will be with you well before your wedding date so don't worry!
Please note that if you are looking to place an order for late AUGUST upto MID SEPTEMBER the ONLY items we can now supply are our one off, pre-finished bouquets which you will find at the following LINK
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STUDIO WILL BE CLOSING FOR A SUMMER BREAK BETWEEN 25TH JULY - 20th AUGUST (THOUGH THE WEBSITE WILL STIL BE ACCEPTING ORDERS) BUT THIS 3 WEEK CLOSURE WILL NEED TO BE ADDED ONTO THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME WHEN CALCULATING THE PERIOD IT WILL TAKE TO GET YOUR ORDER CREATED AND OUT TO YOU AS WE QUOTE TIMEFRAMES BASED ON WORKING WEEKS

Samples - in most instances shipped within 24 working hours by 2nd class post - LAST POSTING DATE PRIOR TO OUR SUMMER BREAK IS THE 25TH JULY
Accessories/buttonholes – usually within 10 business days (2 weeks) depending on the size of order - please double check to confirm - we are fully booked for ALL orders upto mid september
ONE bouquet - usually within 30 business days (4-6 working weeks) - if you order more than one item, then obviously it will fall into the multi item timeframe... please note we close on the 25th july for our 3 week summer break, we are ONLY accepting orders now for mid September onwards
Tear bouquets - 8/10 working weeks approx. - as we close on the 25th July for a 3 week summer break, this 3 week closed period will need adding onto approx. the turnaround time
Single Table Arrangements - approx. 30 business days (4-6weeks) as we close on the 25th July for a 3 week summer break, this 3 week closed period will need adding onto approx. the turnaround time - we are ONLY accepting orders for mid September onwards
Ready to Ship Bouquets - will be in the post within 1 business day - last posting day prior to us closing for our summer break will be the 25th July - we re open on the 20th August, please take this into account when ordering one of our ready to ship bouquets.
Basic Package – within 30 business days (4-6 working weeks) - s we close on the 25th July for a 3 week summer break, this 3 week closed period will need adding onto approx. the turnaround time - we are ONLY accepting orders for mid September onwards
ALL OTHER Packages – approx. within 90 business days 3-4 months - we close on the 25th July for a 3 week summer break, this 3 week closed period will need adding onto approx. the turnaround time
MULTI ITEM ORDERS - usually within 90 business days - 3/4 months we close on the 25th July for a 3 week summer break, this 3 week closed period will need adding onto approx. the turnaround time
The majority of our designs are hand made and created to order, actual turnaround time may depend on the size and complexity of your order.
Production time depends on the size & complexity of your order, it may also take longer if our schedule is full during busy periods.
Estimates below don’t include shipping times which will be entirely down to the post office/courier service.
Bespoke requests may take longer than this, you will have been quoted an approx turnaround time when you ordered or made your enquiry and the details of the time quoted will be on your bespoke paypal invoice.
**business days -- we are a small family oriented team who work very hard, we do not work weekends and we choose to close each year for the entirety of August to spend quality time with our children who by that stage of the year have begun to forget what we look like! We also close for 3 weeks over the Christmas period, the weeks we are closed are not calculated as part of the delivery times quoted.
DELIVERY TIMES - All orders are shipped in most cases by Royal Mail or UPS and delivery times once an item is passed on to the courier/post office is entirely out of our hands. WE DO NOT PART SHIP AND EACH ORDER IS DEALT WITH AS A WHOLE AND WILL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER ONCE COMPLETE
Most domestic items are received within 2/10 days from the day we ship, once an order has been passed to the post office/courier we are not liable for the length of time the actual delivery time will take.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Cutoms duty is the responsibility of the buyer, fees are imposed by your country and we have no control over them. International orders can not be marked as a gift or of lower value. Please note that the time to create your order will be as shown above but obviously international shipping can take longer than Domestic post, we will use a postal service that is both efficient and cost effective - contact us prior to ordering for a postage quote. The delivery time once a parcel is handed to a courier or postal service is entirely out of our hands and we will not be responsible for the length of time a delivery takes, for example items can be held up in customs, so by placing an order to be shipped overseas you are accepting that we will despatch the flowers well before the wedding date to enable the courier to get the order to you as quickly as they can but the actual delivery length is entirely out of our hands. No liability is accepted for orders which arrive late/damaged, all orders leave us 100% perfect and are checked and double checked to be correct, we securely box and tissue wrap the flowers and the cartons are clearly marked as FRAGILE, we do everything we possible can to get the flowers to you in time and perfect.
Once your order is received an automated email is sent to let you know the order has been sent to us, ( please check the email address you supply us is spelt correctly as this will be the email all correspondence is sent to) the next you will hear from us is when the order is completed when another automated message is sent advising that the flowers are on the way and where applicable the tracking number is added to your paypal payment. Don't worry that you don't get a running update on your order once it is received and whilst we are working on it, we are a very small team and receive hundreds of orders per week, so its just not feasible for our staff members to be constantly updating each order as we would just not have time to fulfil orders if we did!
