You are of course very welcome to place an order with us whilst we are away but the order will not begin to be processed until we reopen on the 20th August so the turnaround time will need to be calculated from the 20th August - NOT the date of order. If you have already placed an order with us prior to the first date of our holiday it will be in hand and will be with you well before your wedding date so don't worry!
Please note that if you are looking to place an order for late AUGUST upto MID SEPTEMBER the ONLY items we can now supply are our one off, pre-finished bouquets which you will find at the following LINK
UK orders - In most cases we use either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DHL for all of our deliveries, PLEASE CHECK OUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME TO ENSURE WE HAVE AVAILABILITY TO FIT AN ORDER IN FOR YOU IN THE TIME GIVEN PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING - www.thebridesbouquet.co.uk/delivery
Postage is charged based on the total cost of your order -
orders upto the value of £14.99 - postage will be £4
orders between £15 - £49.99 - postage wll be £8
orders over £50 postage will be £10
Due to the high cost of postage to certain Highland, Island and Northern Ireland addresses we may in extreme circumstances have to pass on the charge for postage but we will contact you should this be the case...
OVERSEAS ORDERS - WE ARE DELIGHTED TO SUPPLY OUR DESIGNS WORLDWIDE - if you know the items that you are considering, get in touch with your Wedding Date and Delivery address - we realise that shipping to other countries can be expensive and we will endeavour to get the most competitive price for your consignment, for yours and our piece of mind we will only ship via a service that requires a signature.
Overseas shipping does take longer than UK deliveries so when placing your order you will need to take this into account, once an item is posted the delivery time is unfortunately out of our control. If an order is placed with us that requires posting to an overseas address, we will get several quotes from couriers and postal services to get the best price - you will then be invoiced via paypal for the post and packaging, this will need paying in full within 48 hours of being received, failure to make payment will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
